Most athletic facilities already provide coaching, performance training, competition access, and physical infrastructure. What many do not yet have is a scalable academic partner that allows serious athletes to train during the day, remain NCAA/college eligible, and stay on track for graduation. ICL Academy solves that gap.

How ICL Supports Student Athletes
What makes ICL Academy different is our focus on creating a personalized pathway for all students. Families meet with the ICL NCAA expert to evaluate their academic background, understand their goals, and create a plan that supports their passion. During these discussions, ICL’s NCAA expert and Director of College Counseling will outline the academic eligibility requirements for the colleges they are targeting, while also supporting their potential professional journey’s.
ICL incorporates elements of each students passion into the curriculum so that students remain connected to the game both inside and outside of the virtual classroom. Elements such as mental preparation and focus, physical conditioning and training, tactical understanding of the game, nutrition and recovery, and how to achieve your goals.
ICL provides its students with the flexibility to complete their course work when it’s most convenient for them. Each course the student is enrolled in has a dedicated instructor that will host a weekly 1 hour seminar. If a student happens to miss a seminar on any particular week, the session is recorded so that the student can go back at a later date to review the content. ICL also provides a fully async model if that Is a more preferred route for a particular student or partner.
